RoadTek is the commercial construction arm of the Dept of Transport & Main Roads. This project delivered a series of simple structures to provide amenity and cover for their newly constructed administration centre. Careful planning working around the Code constraints enabled us to gain the maximum cover for both the parking and amenity areas without impact on the original approvals. With the design in place, the structures were designed to integrate witht the new buildings, whilst directing cooling airflow beneath the roof. The structure is simple for low cost and ease of erection. the project has recently been completed and is well used by the new complex’s occupants – small projects can be most satisfying
